We have an opportunity available for a People and Performance Administrator to join our Team. You may be new in your P&P career or you may be an experienced Administrator with an eye for detail, a confident approach when communicating across all levels and the ability to remain calm when the pressure comes on.
You will be comfortable with repetitive tasks and know the importance of your diligence when it comes to attention to detail, confidentiality and getting it right the first time. It also will help if you have a working knowledge of contract generation and HR Information Systems and their complexities.
With a strong administration background, you’ll bring a highly self-motivated approach to your role (no micro-managing here!) - with the proven ability of using your experience and judgement to apply sensible and well-thought out solutions when required.
