In order to continue our growth, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Auckland to lead and manage the Regional Sales and Regional Pricing teams.
With over 10 direct reports, this role will see you drive a high performance culture and all the relevant metrics associated with sales best practice. You will drive Humes’ market leadership position in the infrastructural pipeline sector through exceptional people leadership and development.
With a high level of commercial acumen you will be an inspirational leader with a successful track record in driving change and high performance. A key to your success here will be your understanding of the Civils customers market and your ability to influence and drive change.
