About the role:

Based in our East Tamaki Mico branch you will work closely with and partner with our major plumbing and trade customers to problem solve and provide end to end product and delivery solutions from our key commercial accounts.  As part of our business this role's title is called an Internal Key Account Manager. 

Day to day you will be working closely with our trade customers, provide product sales, support and solutions, build on existing customer relationships, provide quotes for plumbing projects and co-ordinate the ordering, sourcing and onsite delivery of our plumbing and bathroom products, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided and that “Mico makes it easy”. 

We have a lot going on at once so we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment but can remain calm under pressure and work closely with the team to achieve our goals. 

What you will bring to the role:

You will have a strong background in Sales Support/Administration where customer service is what you live and breath with a view that you are looking for your next challenge! We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
  • Strong organisation and co-ordination skills
  • Experience in business to business quoting
  • A drive to exceed customer expectations and provide solutions
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and go over and beyond
  • Plumbing or trade knowledge preferred
This a full time role working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. 8.30-5pm and one in every third Saturday 8am - 12pm.
