The Role / About You
This role is responsible for providing administrative support as needed to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will be focussed on managing the day to day running of the office, keeping the office tidy, kitchen well stocked, answering the phones, meeting and greeting visitors, organising and logging couriers, vehicle / fleet management and co-ordination and organising events as needed by the office. This is a great opportunity for an individual who takes pride in delivering a high level of service and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.  This individual will join our successful team and play a pivotal role in delivering our commitments to our people, clients and customers. We are looking for someone who enjoy working with people and thrives to overcome problems with ease.

It is a requirement you will be a task orientated individual with a good understanding of computer systems, in particular Microsoft Office. Database experience such as JDE is useful, though not essential, we are keen on a person with a positive attitude who is organised and can deliver, so we are able to train you on our systems. 

The position is a permanent full time role, Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm.
