About the Role

Our Area Sales Managers play a crucial role in the success of our Branch Network! Your key accountability will be the management of an existing portfolio of customers including SME Builders and Network Plumbers to maintain their business and increase spend whilst also hunting for the next big customer. This is an autonomous role that will see you meet customers on site, partner with managers within our branch network and develop and execute business plans in collaboration with your Regional Manager. We provide our Area Sales Managers with great support and career opportunities across both our sales and leadership functions. 

About You

We are looking to speak with hungry, ambitious and highly motivated individuals who have a background in either a sales or customer service role or even as a tradesperson looking for a long-term sales career. We will provide you with exceptional training and on-going mentoring and support to ensure you success, however you will need to be highly organised, have a strong attention to detail and above all – be a curious thinker who thrives in a busy and people orientated environment. Although not essential, experience within the building supplies industry will be highly regarded.
