About the role:
We have a need for a seasoned Technical Recruiter to join the Corporate Talent Acquisition team on a 3 month fixed term contract, to assist the Senior IT Business Partner with filling a number of roles in Group Technology (IT).
You’ll need to establish relationships with key hiring managers quickly, truly partnering with Group Technology’s Managers and HR Leads to recruit and retain top talent You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process; from briefing to sourcing and attracting, ensuring our candidates have an exceptional experience, through to pre-employment checks and managing the job offer process. At other times you’ll be required to support the Senior IT Business Partner behind the scenes running searches and proactively approaching candidates to brief on roles.
You may be in between jobs or perhaps contracting is your thing. Either way, you’ll be a mid-level Tech Recruiter, who can hit the ground running in the world of IT recruitment. You’ll be tech savvy, you’ll understand IT jargon and you’ll be able recruit across a variety of IT disciplines.
