The Role 
Reporting to the Group Talent, L&D Manager, we are seeking senior Learning and Development professionals to own programme portfolios end to end. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our construction business to really add value and to ensure an L&D strategy is developed and implemented.  You will be responsible for making sure that that most effective learning solutions are designed, developed and deployed to ensure that the right business outcomes are achieved. You will have a range of stakeholders, so must be comfortable engaging and connecting with Senior Leadership as well as our operations staff. This ability to engage and connect with people on all levels is crucial. 

Your ability to demonstrated a successful track record in a similar role in a large organisation, will be beneficial, so will your ability to deliver projects in a complex and fast-moving environment. Someone that enjoys a dynamic, complex and high performing environment, where there is scope to create and make a difference, would thrive in this position. 

Our L&D team supports the business on a number of key capability initiatives, and we are looking for Senior L & D professionals who have experience in the following areas:

  • Early Career – Design development and deployment of programmes to support early career development -  (Graduates / Interns / Cadetship programmes)
  • Leadership & Safety Training (building leadership capability that links to excellent safety outcomes, people leadership and operational productivity and engagement)
  • Technical skill Development (Commercial & Risk, Project Management, operational capability)
