About the opportunity
As an End User Computing (EUC) Analyst, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 technical support of end user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and handheld devices across the Fletcher Building Group. Your responsibilities will include device configuration, diagnosing technical issues, and repairing / replacing devices when needed. You will take ownership of issues from start to finish as well as escalating them as and when needed.
You will need to be based on site in Banyo, Brisbane two days per week and required to travel frequently to various sites in Queensland.

To be considered for this role, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and confident communicating (both written and verbal) at all levels including translating technical speak into common business language. Customer service is paramount, so you must always be punctual and professionally presentable.
Technically, you will have advanced knowledge and skills with Windows 10 – especially from a support perspective. Microsoft Endpoint Manager experience (SOE deployment, application packaging/deployment) is a must have - while relevant IT qualifications and certifications such as MCP, MCSA and ITIL will be advantageous. ServiceNow is our ticketing system, so it would be ideal if you are proficient in having used it already. Just as important though, we’re looking for a problem solver who can analyse and put structure in ambiguous situations while providing top notch service for our end users.
