Oasis Clearwater Environmental Systems is a member of the Fletcher Building Group. We design and develop innovative products and systems which exceed Regional Council specifications and our customers needs. Oasis competes in the treatment of wastewater in both commercial and residential applications.
This role will be responsible for managing relationships and growing results within the business. You will be a key contact and provide exceptional leadership and coaching for our small team nationwide.
It is important that you have an understanding and awareness of how our product meets stakeholder specifications and that you can develop strong relationships with our customer base which includes a Distributor network, Civil contractors and Service Agents.
The role has full P&L accountability.
You will have a proven track record of securing and delivering to stakeholders, ideally from a construction or infrastructure environment. You are comfortable demonstrating product knowledge to others and generating interest. Chasing new business excites you, and you gain immense satisfaction in developing those accounts into long-term successful relationships.
To be successful in this role you will be passionate about our products, enjoy building relationships and be customer leading. We are looking for someone who is technically minded, engaging, confident and driven to achieve results.
Although industry experience would give you a head start, don’t worry if you aren’t familiar with our products, we have all the knowledge needed to train you up on our products. We are more interested in your sales and people skills, ability to learn and that you have passion for what you do.
