Iplex Pipelines is the largest manufacturer and supplier of pipeline systems in Australia. We manufacture, source and distribute an extensive range of pipeline products for applications across all aspects of the water and gas industries within Australia.
About the Role
We currently have a vacancy for a Project Delivery Officer at our Strathpine facility. The function of this role is to coordinate the supply of goods to key projects. Iplex is often a supplier of goods to projects which have significant value and complexity which must be monitored and managed closely in order to ensure obligations and commitments are met.
In this role you will work as part of the National Project Team to coordinate both internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are achieving successful outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will be a confident communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to plan and organise groups of people from various departments in order to establish common goals and plans for action.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/ experience:
- Previous experience in a Project Officer or Contracts Administrator Role
- Systems and Process Development and Documentation
- Knowledge of plastics and metals pipe and fittings systems would be advantageous
- Experience in interpreting and understanding supply contracts
- Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in face-to-face client engagement
- Solid computer literacy – experience with JDE beneficial
- Knowledge of Oracle / BI and reporting
- Experience in systems integration between companies
- Exceptional attention to detail.
