We have a challenging People and Performance Business Partner position for an aspiring HR professional looking to partner with the General Manager and the leadership team as the business continues to develop and enhance performance & culture and customer leading solutions.
This is an all-encompassing role, where you will provide support in all operational HR areas including Culture and Talent, performance and capability development in all areas of the operation. To enable that, you will ideally have 3 - 5 years’ experience in an HR generalist role or similar with particular skills in relationship management, learning and development, employee relations and Diversity and Inclusion.
