Tasman Insulation is the leading manufacturer and supplier of insultation products to New Zealand’s busy building sector. We are part of the Fletcher Building Products Division.

We have a great opportunity for a combined Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) and Human Resources (HR) professional to join and support the Senior Leadership team at New Zealand’s leading insulation manufacturer. This new EH&S & HR Business partner position will appeal to an aspiring individual looking to develop end to end EH&S & HR skills across our New Zealand business. The role will be based at our Penrose, Auckland facility

This is an all-encompassing role, where you will bring a sound EH&S background and have the ability to positively influence positive outcomes with critical risks across primarily our operational, but including our wider, business. You will also provide support in all HR areas including Culture and Talent, performance and capability development in all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have ~5 years’ experience in both disciplines with particular skills in EH&S management, relationship management, learning and development and employee relations.
