The role:

As a business we have continued to go from strength to strength and as a result have celebrated significant sales growth in 2021 and we’re continuing that success into the second part of 2021 and into 2022. 

Based out of Albany and covering the North Shore, Central and West regions of Auckland, you will join our wider network of Sales Reps reporting to our Regional Sales Manager. Your day to day role will include working closely with our large commercial clients to build solid partnerships, develop and secure new commercial contract opportunities and devise a strategic sales growth plan for the region focusing on large commercial projects as well as supporting with project management of projects across this portfolio.

What you will bring:

To really understand and relate to our customers, plumbing or trade knowledge would be advantageous but to be successful in this role you will be a proven sales professional who has a strong background in sales development with polished sales disciplines and can demonstrate strategic planning and solid negotiation skills. You will also be comfortable with large value customers with the ability to weave in proactive project management into your day to day  ensuring that you know at what stages your customers are needing what product. You will build and foster customer and supplier relationships, be results driven, be highly organised, self-motivated and have a sound understanding of the business to business sales process.
