About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Functional Business Analyst to join our HRIT Systems team.  This role focusses on our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Risk application, Radar (SAI360 application). You will be a key person in any new development activities related to Radar, such as focussing on data structures and BI and business process changes. You’ll be responsible for defining, analysing, modelling, configuring and documenting the requirements for all changes to Radar. You’ll be the primary interface for all system changes required to support 3rd party and external systems and you will be an expert in Radar and the functional areas you support.  You’ll be the conduit between the customer (Fletcher Building’s EHS team) and the Radar/SAI360 vendor.  

About you
To be considered you will be tertiary qualififed with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Your ability to communicate complex concepts to a range of stakeholders, along with your advanced analytical and problem solving skills will see you succeed in this role, as will demonstrable experience of working with business process models and taxonomy.  Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) operating model, e.g. Waterfall, Agile is highly advantageous.  It is expected you’ll have at least 3 years of relevant business analysis and process modelling experience, as well as experience with EHS Systems or SAI360 applications.
