About the Role
As Project Coordinator – Small Projects you will be charged with directly managing small projects ( $50K less) for nominated business units.  You will be accountable for achieving the agreed project objectives, assisting with planning the scope of the project and delivering to target dates using the agreed financial and human resources.  You may also be required to support the Senior Project Managers and ensuring that projects meet their objectives. This includes setting management processes, monitoring project delivery and completion of necessary project level reporting. 

You will be joining our Group Technology Team as part of our Delivery function. The team’s primary objective delivery is to provide project delivery support and oversight to business units within the group.  This support is provided from a pool of project management and technology professionals based on the specific needs of the business unit and the project being delivered.

About You
To be successful in the role you will have at least 2 years Project co-ordination experience or Graduate programme entry to develop with a degree qualification or higher. You will have a strong Project Management skillset with understanding and practical application of leading SLDC methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM. Using a broad range of technical expertise across a range of products and systems, you will with high level problem solving and analytical ability. You must have system integration knowledge with experience managing sub-contractors and 3rd party system integrators.

With a proactive approach and an understanding of what drives business success, you will be highly successful in assessing and making improvements to processes with ability to translate customer needs into project outcomes. You will haven a proven track record in planning projects within time and budget constraints as well as strong people management ability, from liaising with external contractors to motivating and managing staff.
