The Role

We are looking to speak with candidates with either a sales or leadership background within Civil Plumbing to join the NSW sales team in a Business Development Manager position. In this role, you will grow and nurture an existing customer base whilst leveraging your deep product and industry knowledge to mentor and support Civil branches within Sydney Metro and Regional NSW. This is a critical role in our FY22 Strategy and provides you with the opportunity to leverage existing networks and build market share in collaboration with our extensive branch network. 

About You

Crucial to your success in this role is a proven track record within the Civil market in a sales, support or leadership capacity. You will be a product champion who enjoys working with cross-functional teams towards common goals. Whilst the dual focus of this role provides plenty of variety and unique challenges, it will also test your time management, organisation and stakeholder management skills. Although not essential, tertiary qualifications in business or the ability to demonstrate sound business acumen will be viewed favourably. 

This is a unique sales role in the market and is perfect for a sales professional in a similar role with a competitor, or alternatively an emerging leader who is looking for a more diverse role and new challenge!
