Key focus & responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will ensure end to end customer satisfaction around ordering, and receiving, Stramit manufactured and supplied value added buildings. This new role requires the individual to be both a clear thinker as well as a disciplined implementer. Safely influencing performance across functions with relentless vigour is the compelling requirement. Profitability needs to inform all decision making and attention to detail in the implementation of operational efficiencies across the region is key.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Specifically review and develop appropriate ERP systems support with both GT and M3 support teams. 
  • Review the buildings “staging processes” across all NR site and develop unified best practice, including all doors.
  • Investigate and optimise third party supplier delivery performance such that staging products and components is assisted by their performance. This will be achieved through close association with S&OP personnel at local and senior levels, (include local supply chain) function
  • Ensure a consistent approach in all areas of performance including open and transparent communication between teams and individuals.
  • Actively support a culture of teamwork and support of Branch managers
