We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Key Account Manager to join our team based in Brisbane. Your primary responsibility will be the management of a large portfolio of high profile, high value key accounts as well as developing new business with a broad customer base across either the commercial, HVAC or residential sectors. This role is critical to the business performance and will be directly responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with our key accounts, ideally with the view to maximise gross profit and revenue margins across the portfolio.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a sales professional who isn’t afraid of a challenge to work closely with our senior leaders to drive our business into the future. The successful applicant will also work closely with our sales, operations and estimating teams to ensure the delivery on critical contracts with our customers.
Our Key Account Managers are best in class and demonstrate deep experience within their market in a sales or operational leadership capacity. We are in a unique position to be able to develop a portfolio that aligns with your network and key skills – so we encourage applications from candidates who can demonstrate established relationships with customers across any sector within the Building/ Construction market. Critical to your success will be your ability to cultivate long term strategic partnerships along with your well-developed influencing and negotiation skills. You will be a strong communicator who can balance sales with customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
