The Opportunity:
Supporting our Sales Reps, this role provides a pro-active approach to our customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and on time delivery of orders.  On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for professionally handling customer enquiries over the phone, processing orders and offering solution-based support. You will also be completing general administration tasks such as processing invoices and credit notes as well as proactively selling and promoting our products and services.

About You:
You’re an exceptionally customer focused individual who lives and breathes our values of being ‘customer leading’ and ‘better every day’. As this position plays a pivotal part in our organisation, you will need to be solutions orientated with excellent communication skills and contribute to a strong team-work culture. Most importantly you will provide a customer service experience that is second to none.

In addition to the above, you also possess the following – 

  • Sound literacy and numeracy skills
  • Computer savvy with proficient data entry ability
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to pick up and understand technical information
  • Strong relationship building skills with people at all levels 
  • A calm temperament in sometimes stressful and time-critical circumstances
  • An understanding of building materials and how they integrate with each other, would be an advantage but is not essential
