The Corporate Affairs team (Communications team) are responsible for driving effective internal and external communications to position Fletcher building as a sustainable, customer leading and inclusive organisation. This is how we tell our story.
About the role
As the Coordinator for the Corporate Affairs team, you’ll work collaboratively across the wider Corporate Affairs team to support the effective delivery of the company’s communications strategy and programme.
This is a busy role that will oversee a range of administrative tasks, involvement in producing digital communications materials, and providing hands-on support and co-ordination of executive presentations and other communications materials to a high standard. The key challenge of this position is remaining flexible and adaptable to manage, prioritise, and carry out a range of activities as the need dictates.
With a clear understanding of the organisation's aims, priorities and objectives, you will assist with the implementation of a range of internal and external communications programmes and projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You’ll have a natural flair with people and have outstanding communication with a professional approach. You must have a high level of Microsoft Office applications with a focus on presentations via PowerPoint.
You’ll take pride in high quality work; maintaining accuracy whilst multi-tasking and prioritising across several projects at any given time. You must be able to manage “ambiguity” in situations where there may be several objectives and priorities.
