The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our supportive and thriving Oliveri sales team. Servicing the Victoria and Tasmania territory, this role will be working with a range of clientele within the commercial market focusing on building existing business and creating new long-lasting relationships. 

This role will focus on partnering with our wide range of customers - from architects, designers, specification consultants, volume home builders, construction companies to distribution partners and trade merchants.

This role will be based out of our office in Dandenong with the opportunity to be working out of your home office. The key to this position is to provide an optimum level of service while developing and maximising sales across your allocated territory. 

Your proactive approach will see you maintaining and developing our market position as you build on customer relationships to achieve agreed sales volumes and profit margins. 

About You

We are seeking to appoint an experienced sales professional who is interested in growing their career with the backing of a high end and impressive brand. You will have proven problem solving skills coupled with keen negotiation capabilities and the ability to identify new business opportunities. 

This position calls for a forward thinking, dynamic and engaging individual who is excited about the prospect of creating and maintain long lasting relationships across a varied suite of clients. Previous experience in working with the font of the wall kitchen, bathroom and laundry products and within the building material industry would be advantageous. 

The selected candidate will be an ambitious and results focused person who has a genuine interest in our brand to ensure, product integrity, financial performance and operational standards are maintained. 

Systems knowledge such as BCI, EstimateOne, Cordell, and CRM system is highly regarded and premium brand sales knowledge being looked upon favourably.
