We are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Administrator to facilitate prompt and accurate processing & payment of all supplier invoices for designated Fletcher Construction business units. This role is based at our Penrose office near the Penrose train station, or you could drive to work with free parking available onsite for employees.

About the Role
As a pivotal part of our Accounts Payable team your role will involve processing invoices and credit notes for payment, reconciling supplier accounts and statements, and resolving supplier invoicing queries. This role requires efficient, well organized and accurate accounts processing skills to provide maximum support to our internal and external customers.

About You
To be successful in this role you will need to have a high level of numeracy skills, along with a good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with JDE ERP system is highly advantageous.  As you will be dealing with our valued internal and external customers, you will also need to have effective communication skills and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships, have an investigative mind along with sound problem solving skills and a strong team focus.

Your role is paramount to ensuring the AP function operates efficiently and as such you will enjoy assisting others and working collaboratively whilst remaining confident, resilient and accurate.
