Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Coordinator to join our corporate People & Performance team (HR). This is an excellent opportunity to work in an award winning HR team in a large, reputable organisation.
In this varied role you will be the first point of contact for all HR related activity, providing support to the HR team and HR advice to wider corporate employees. This includes coordinating and managing HR initiatives, generating employment contracts and managing people related data in our HRIS System, Workday.
We are looking for someone who goes out of their way to deliver great service, who’s keen to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in wherever necessary to get the job done. Being organised is a must, and proven experience streamlining processes would be helpful, but it will be your prioritising skills, your attention to detail and your ability to deliver to tight deadlines that will ensure your success.
You may have an HR administration background with a keen desire to step into an HR Co-ordination role, or you may be a Co-ordinator eager to gain more exposure within a new team. Either way, previous experience with Workday is a must, and experience using Cornerstone (Learning Management System) is highly advantageous. An understanding of employment legislation and experience advising managers across a wide range of issues will set your application apart, but we wouldn’t discount applications from those who don’t, provided you have a keen interest and desire to learn.
