The Role

Fletcher Living’s Central branch is expanding its team to account for a number of upcoming projects.  We’re looking for a superstar Sales Consultant to join our high performing sales team.  You’ll provide support to our existing subdivisions as well as new developments that will be launched as construction is completed.

The purpose of the role is to understand our customer needs and expectations to successfully manage and complete sales.  The role also requires you to keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and to develop strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to secure sales opportunities and repeat business. The role is 5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays, but you do have the opportunity to work from home on occasion if you have no appointments. 

About You

The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter with plenty of initiative and the desire to take ownership of their sales portfolio whilst building great customer relationships.  You’ll need to have very high levels of customer care, take pride in being professionally presented, and be able to make a strong first impression.  We are looking for someone that is systems savvy and understands the importance of data-generated insights and so you may come from an environment where a CRM system was a normal part of your everyday role.  Bilingual and multilingual speakers will also be highly valued. Although we are looking for sales-hungry, motivated people, we also care how we do things here at Fletcher Living. We have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, as this is one of the reasons why our sales team is so successful.
