Are you a Foreperson experience in Drainage construction looking for a role with variety, autonomy and a few challenges thrown in along the way? Are you committed to a safety-first culture and able to lead and mentor your Team towards excellence?
As part of our Tauranga Crew, this is a hands on role where you will assist the Supervisor to manage and lead our team of operators who look after routine inspections and maintenance repairs on the roading network.
If you are looking for your next challenge, then this is what we think you will need to be successful in this role:
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Reliable, honest team player who leads from the front
- Previous Pavement and Traffic Services maintenance experience
- Class 2 Drivers Licence
- WTR endorsements
- Ability to work with crews and foster a winning culture
- A high level of physical fitness
