The Opportunity

Our Green Team in Napier who look after bulk Bitumen manufacturing, are looking for a superstar Administrator.  In this role, you will be working across both our manufacturing and transport departments and will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing all customer orders and enquiries 
  • Invoicing, developing spreadsheets and analysing data
  • Maintaining an overview and be across the Quality Control process, ensuring the testing is being completed, recorded and sent on to our customers
  • Building robust relationships with our external and internal customers, including the wider Higgins group as you will be dealing with multiple branches across the country

About you!
If this sounds like a role for you then this is what you will need in order to successfully deliver:

  • Process orientated, effective and productive time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload 
  • A natural people person with the ability to build robust relationships quickly
  • Ability to work well as part of a team 
  • Effective verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and be able to change tasks at short notice, analytical and practical problem solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information, attention to detail
