The Role / About You
You will be involved on the Watercare Enterprise Model Project – a high profile project. This includes responsibility for a wide range of project requirements, from ECI and design management, to commercial management to risk management, and safely delivering a quality product within budget and critical timeframes.

You will be an experienced Project Manager and have managed a range of small and large projects in your time, but we are keen to see people who have experience in the civil/infrastructure market. This could be marine, 3 waters, mechanical, drainage or civil structures - it doesn’t have to be all of those, but you will need to have experience in planning, resourcing, and coordinating delivery of your projects from start to finish.

A tertiary qualified engineer is preferred, but we would not discount someone that has a range of experience built up over many years who could prove successful delivery of civil/infrastructure projects in their career. The ability to lead through a positive means while also driving a positive safety culture, working to project KRAs and KPIs will be another key strength of yours, as well as having a collaborative approach to working with all parties.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills which will allow you to proactively supervise and monitor direct staff and subcontractors. You will have good planning skills and the ability to effectively deal with a range of site-based issues as a result of your ability to come up with innovative and cost-effective solutions. Your commitment to ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety, environmental and quality management will be a strength.

Make a difference to our business and advance your career.  At Brian Perry Civil you will enjoy the benefits and recognition of working for a well-respected business unit within the Fletcher Building Group.
