Reporting into our Commercial Insights Manager within our South/East Auckland Hub, you will create and maintain pricing processes including price books which deliver market relevant pricing, reduce pricing complexity, support strategic initiatives and enhance the ability to deliver margin improvement whilst supporting business objectives for the Hub. Regularly engaging with key internal stakeholders, you will also deliver deep insights into sales and margin performance through profit/cost analysis and reporting.
Your success in this role will be determined by your proven research and analytical abilities which have seen you proactively identify issues or opportunities within the market and develop and implement pricing strategies and business process improvements accordingly. Alongside this, you also possess the following –
- Minimum of 3 years pricing experience, ideally within the Building/Retail sector
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Motivated and naturally inquisitive
- Highly proficient business intelligence software skills
