The Fletcher Residential and Development division has been an integral part of the Fletcher Building family for over 110 years. Our reputation hasn't just grown overnight, James Fletcher built his first weather board home in Dunedin in 1909 and the home still stands today, an ever-present statement of our craftmanship and attention to detail. In recent years the division has also successfully delivered a number of industrial focused developments, including the former steel manufacturing site on James Fletcher Drive and the former Winstone Aggregates quarry in Wiri, Auckland.
We are experiencing year-on-year growth in this sector and the newly created industrial development business unit is a key part of our Divisional growth strategy. As part of this growth we have a range of exciting projects in Auckland and across our wider Fletcher Building property portfolio in New Zealand and Australia. So, it is a good time to join our company, our dedicated team and contribute to delivering great outcomes while also advancing your career in development management.
