Reporting to one of our Credit Team Leaders within our centralised credit team here in Penrose, you will provide support to our Senior Credit Controllers, dealing with varied and sometimes complicated customer queries, opening new accounts, reviewing customer credit limits, processing credit card payments, maintaining and updating customer details and collecting overdue payments for allocated branches.
You’re a clear communicator with a genuine desire to develop relationships across branches and our varied customer base to support a credit management service that delivers results. Attention to detail is something you consider a strength as well as your Excel skills and having the initiative to identify issues. Your ability to provide solutions for customers must be balanced with confidence, resilience, understanding and a commitment to ensure key financial metrics are met.
Alongside this you also offer the following –
- Highly organised, deadline-driven and focused on the detail to ensure data accuracy
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to make the role your own
- 2-3 years’ administration experience in the commercial sector
- Ability to work at pace and manage high volume
