We believe we have something special in our Customer Service team - we are building a culture all about doing a great job while having fun. Right now, we are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative Team Leader who wants to take a lead role in building robust CSR processes into an established team. 

This is an exciting role working across the Customer Service space at our Invercargill branch. A large part of this role will also be supporting our sales and manufacturing teams. 

To be successful you will need:
  • Prove experience in a Customer Service role, demonstrating abilities in problem solving, systems & IT 
  • Great verbal & written communication skills and a customer/team collaboration approach to working 
  • Ideally you will have a background in team leadership or supervision with experience making business processes simpler
  • Experience in a sales environment or previous work in a sales support role
