We are currently recruiting a HR Advisor to join the team at PlaceMakers on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity to partner with our branch network across the Auckland/Northland region, in an all-encompassing role, and your time will be spent primarily in our Auckland branches.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive, professional and responsive HR support and solutions, covering a full range of HR activities to the Regional Managers and Branch Operators across the region, and ensure successful implementation of the HR strategy.
As the HR Advisor, you’ll be part of a high performing people and performance team and enjoy the ownership of specific operational and value add functions to ensure business success.
Exemplary communication skills and proven experience in managing relationships and developing and maintaining personal credibility with stakeholders, are key to this role.
Your HR generalist experience, along with your proven track record in HR leadership and management, operating effectively at all levels within the organisation, will set you up for success in this role.
