We have an opportunity for a qualified accountant to lead our FP&A function, reporting to the Head of Finance. As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for a small team that manages:
  • The forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning processes;
  • Development of our internal dashboards and metrics; 
  • Group analytical reporting;
  • Capital business cases and modelling needs, and; 
  • the business partnering for one of our brands. 
Continuous improvement of our processes, models and reporting is a key feature of this role.  You will work closely with the Finance Business Partners as well as the Sales, Operations and Supply Chain Teams to drive margin opportunities and greater understanding of performance.

You will have strong management accounting background, manufacturing experience and superior analytical and modelling skills. Experience developing Business Intelligence tools would be an added benefit but not necessary.
