About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our successful team with a couple years’ QS or Estimating experience within the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include estimating, preparation of tender documentation, cost estimates and cost control, forecasting, development of subcontractor and supplier agreements, claims management and reporting.

About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cost control and commercial management of projects. As such we are ideally looking for someone who has a grounding within building space and has the capability and experience to create strong links into our estimating and project delivery functions. You will be able to provide support to a range of staff in relation to a range of commercial activities, from cost coding and budgeting to reporting and ensuring project contractual conditions are fully understood in relation to commercial delivery of projects.

You will be someone with a proven background as a QS/ Estimator with appropriate qualifications and a great team player. A key component will also be your ability to engage and monitor suppliers and subcontractors plus engaging with clients and site teams – with a ‘best for project’ focus on commercial outcomes.
