We are currently recruiting a Workload & Communications Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be located at our National Office in Penrose.
Reporting to the Head of branch Support, you will manage the total capacity and workload that branches can execute at any given time, whilst assisting in the overall development of the Operations team, by facilitating any appropriate changes to enhance the performance of the company.
This role will work with other National Office functions to develop a Communications Framework and then manage these communication channels, to ensure an even and manageable flow to team and branches.
Utilising your exceptional relationship building skills, you will provide leadership and coaching to 1 Communications Specialist. Your ability to successfully develop and maintain personal credibility with stakeholders will allow you to easily influence and persuade without power, through effective communication.
Your proven experience in Workload Management gained across Retail, Wholesale or Distribution, along with your demonstrated knowledge in change management principles, methodologies and tools, will set you up for success in this role.
