We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join the team in Rotorua.
Support the Bay of Plenty East Network Outcomes Contract (NOC) and the Rotorua Construction delivery teams in all financial areas. Be the financial lead for the Network Outcomes Contract including administration, monthly claims, and forecasting.
Get involved in financial accruals and forecasting, preparing monthly claims, reviewing, and processing subcontractors claims and other general administrative tasks, reporting and file management.
This is a busy role – and will offer lots of variety! This is a great opportunity.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong experience in an admin role with a financial / contracts focus
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Versatility – be effective and efficient
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Holds full class 1 licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Industry experience would be a great advantage but is not essential
