An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Advisor to join our internal Talent Acquisition team supporting the 6 business units that make up the Building Products Division. Our team focuses on attracting and sourcing the best in the business and driving a genuine talent mind-set across the businesses so we’re looking for an ambitious recruiter looking to enhance your skills and experiences with end to end recruitment processes.
In this role you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Business Partners to ensure all recruitment support activities are completed to the highest standard. This is fabulous opportunity to build on your existing recruitment skills and take ownership in proactively establishing relationships with key hiring managers across the business units. Ultimately partnering with a business unit (s) to provide strategic insights and recommendations on best practise in youth channels and Inclusion and Diversity. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for front line positions ensuring our candidates have an exceptional experience throughout. The types of roles you will recruit will vary so you will be adept at working at pace whilst multitasking and prioritising your workload to meet the day to day challenges of our anufacturing business units.
In addition to the day to day recruitment, this role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with the wider People and Performance teams and contribute to key projects focusing on areas such as talent attraction strategies, I&D initiatives and aspects of employment branding. This is a growth and development role.
You will be a driven, motivated and customer focused recruitment advisor or consultant or an emerging recruiter with strong communication skills who is seeking new challenges. You should have had agency or internal recruitment background (ideally 1-2 years), you will feel comfortable forging new relationships with key stakeholders and establishing collaborative partnerships with hiring managers. A passion for people and a genuine interest to further your Human Resources / Recruitment career would be advantageous for this role.
