About Us
We are part of the Fletcher Building group of companies, delivering a wide range of civil construction projects across New Zealand and the South Pacific. Our specialties include civil structures, 3 waters, ground improvement and foundations.  

The Role
As supervisor you will oversee multiple crews, working with the Leading Hands and Forepersons to ensure the effective coordination of site activities. You will have overall responsibility for subcontractor management and ensure delivery of key project milestones are met. Your ability to work together with engineers and external stakeholders to coordinate key construction activities will be an essential part of your job. There maybe times in this role where you are also required to lead from the front and take a hands on role to show leadership and guidance. 

About You
You will have a minimum of five years onsite experience, leading teams and delivering packages of work on time and to budget. Your ability to bring teams together to work collaboratively and enhance an already strong team culture will be a key strength of yours.  You will also have experience leading multiple crews, delivering packages of work on time and to budget. A strong focus on health, safety, environmental and quality outputs is expected with a genuine commitment to building and developing individuals within your team.
