The Role
You will be an experienced Construction Manager/Project Manager and have the skills to be interchangeable between roles depending on the size of the project.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills which will allow you to proactively supervise and monitor direct staff and subcontractors. You will have good planning skills and the ability to effectively deal with a range of site-based issues as a result of your ability to come up with innovative and cost-effective solutions. Your commitment to ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety, environmental and quality management will be a strength.
