About Us We are part of the Fletcher Building group of companies, delivering a wide range of civil construction projects across New Zealand and the South Pacific. Our specialties include design and construction of 3 water processes associated with infrastructure and industrial treatment. The Role This is a great opportunity for a Process Engineer with 6+ years’ of site or design-based exposure to continue to develop with an organization committed to the development of their staff, combined with a sustainable forward workbook. You will be involved on high profile projects. This will give you exposure to ECI and design management, to commercial management to risk management, and safely delivering a quality product within budget and critical timeframes. About You You will ideally have tertiary qualification in Engineering either Process, Mechanical, or Chemical, or equal by experience. We are looking for someone with physical-chemical and biological processes of industrial treatments. Basic electromechanical and/or programming skills are an advantage. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills which will allow you to proactively supervise and monitor direct staff and subcontractors. You will have good planning skills and the ability to effectively deal with a range of design issues as a result of your ability to come up with innovative and cost-effective solutions.
