We are looking for a Leading Hand to join our drainage team in Palmerston North. This is a leadership role where you can still be hands on! You will be leading a crew of 2-3 and will be 2IC to the site Foreman.

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Ideally you will have 3+ years experience in drainage or in the civil/roading industry with strong operating experience  
• You will be a people person – you will enjoy leading a team or have an interest in stepping into this position
• Minimum class 2 licence, ideally class 4
• You will have basic computer literacy to manage your workload
• Be a confident communicator
• Reliable, honest team player who leads from the front
• A desire to grow in a leadership role
