We are in search for a customer service and sales driven superstar to join the amazing team at our Fyshwick, New South Wales location. This role is essentially a 3IC position where you will be given additional responsibilities to ensure the ongoing operation of the branch is productive.

About the opportunity

The Showroom Consultant is responsible for but not limited to:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Proactively seeking sales
  • Meeting sales targets and KPI’s
  • Assisting with product selections, coordinating orders and preparing quotes
  • Maintaining showroom presentation and housekeeping
  • Working to help support store operations and duties

About you
  • A passion for customer service and sales with proven experience
  • Strong product knowledge abilities and the drive to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • The ability to work individually and as a team 
  • Current valid drivers license
