About the opportunity
You will be responsible for technical support of end user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and handheld devices across the Fletcher Building Group. Your responsibilities will include device configuration, diagnosing technical issues, and repairing / replacing devices when needed, engaging support vendors, providing executive support while on-site, occasional site visits and meeting room support. You will take ownership of issues from start to finish as well as escalating them as and when needed.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in the End User Compute / Desktop Support space. Advanced knowledge and skills in SCCM is a must-have, while relevant IT qualifications and certifications such as MCP, MCSA, and ITIL will be advantageous. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is confident communicating at all levels including translating technical speak into common business language. More importantly, we’re looking for a problem solver who can analyse and put structure in ambiguous situations while providing top-notch service for our end users.
