We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our workshop crew. Join our Palmerston North branch in this full time, permanent role!

As a in house Diesel Mechanic, focus on the repair and maintenance on a variety of medium to large plant, equipment and road transport.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles and equipment
  • Experience on yellow plant e.g. diggers, graders, loaders, dozers
  • Minimum Level 4 Trade qualification
  • Practical experience operating industry equipment and plant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and resilient (occasionally required to work night shift/call outs)
  • Physically fit
