About the role:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be based in the Central Wellington area and be part of a high performing, professional, close-knit team with the opportunity for heaps of personal and business development, personalised specifically to you.

Your key areas of responsibility will be: maintaining existing customer relationships whilst hunting out new business and growth opportunities; working to customers tight deadlines and managing customer expectations.  This role isn’t for the faint hearted but if you have a great work ethic, an awesome attitude and fantastic communication skills then you will soar!

What you will bring: 

To be successful in this role you will be have a sales background and can demonstrate strategic planning and solid negotiation skills. To really understand and relate to our customers, a trade background or plumbing knowledge would be advantageous however not absolutely essential.

Resilience, reliability and a ‘can do’, positive attitude are the key skills we are searching for. You will need to be out-going, able to work with a wide range of people and be able to challenge the norm and think outside the square. Whilst we’d love you to have proven experience with working with tradies, being a team player and having great customer service/relationship skills is much more important to us. If you have the right attitude, are willing and eager to learn and grow, then we can teach you the rest!
