Reporting to the Branch Operator, this role offers a great blend of sales and account management. Most of your time will be spent out on the road ensuring regularity of contact so you can be ahead of the game and provide solutions for a well-established portfolio of residential builders. There is also plenty of opportunity to build your network and identify new business, establish relationships and manage the sales process from start to finish. You will be supported by the wider team to succeed and be given the autonomy to use your initiative and challenge the status quo while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
You will play a lead role in capturing sales opportunities across your portfolio therefore your passion for building rapport and long-lasting customer relationships is an absolute must! You’ll also be self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and a solutions-orientated approach.
