We are currently recruiting a Workforce Optimisation Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be located at our National Office in Penrose.
Reporting to the Business Transformation Manager, the Workforce Optimisation Manager is responsible for designing, testing and implementing labour models that maximise workforce capability and productivity.
You will work closely with the Operations Team and branch network, to determine the ideal branch structure and labour model for PlaceMakers.
Utilising your strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, you will work in partnership with the Operations Team to drive behaviour change throughout the Branch Network, and you will provide support and coaching to Regional Managers and Branch Operators.
You will have a strong understanding of retail store labour management and labour scheduling, and will have the ability to apply logical thinking to creative solutions, whilst maintaining a commercially focused approach to cost and efficiency.
Your demonstrated experience in retail or distribution store operations and processes, along with your background in continuous improvement and change management, will set you up for success in this role.
