We have an exciting opportunity for a new Supply Chain Data & Insights Analyst to join our Delivery Services Team, reporting through to the Supply Chain Manager. The role is based at our National Office in Penrose where you can enjoy our fabulous on-site café and plenty of free parking!
As our Analyst, we want you to become the subject matter expert for all things systems related; and in this capacity we will be looking for someone who is able to use their initiative to understand the complexities of the business and identify ways to optimise and improve things.

You will own and manage the data & insights capability and analytical deliverables for PlaceMakers, whilst ensuring consistency and alignment to the NZ Distribution data strategy and ways of working.
Along with configuration and optimisation, the role will also cover the reporting functions. The system allows us to develop a range of metrics relating to all touchpoints of the transport process and you will be instrumental in pulling these together and collating, utilising and presenting the data.
The successful candidate will offer strong expertise as an Analyst, ideally within the transport sector. Alternatively, an Analyst or Reporting Specialist with supply chain experience and a track record of manipulating and organising data to provide insight.
We are looking for someone who offers good verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to identify both risks and opportunities and be able to influence decisions by offering rational and logical explanations which will allow us to develop a plan of action. Your organisational, planning and time management skills will be your key strengths. Your relationship skills will prove invaluable as you collaborate with your team and your peers, as well as building and strengthening relationships with multiple stakeholders across our diverse business.
