We are part of Fletcher Building, a diversified global building industry company.

Our Easysteel site in Hornby is the Southern Distribution center for various steel products within our supply chain and we are currently on the lookout for an Operations Administrator to join the team.  This role is permanent, full time. You will provide integral support to the office and relevant off-site Warehouses. 

Reporting into the Southern Distribution Manager, you will be someone with an eye for detail, keen on process and likes mucking in to get things done.

 Your duties include;
• Manufacturing administration
• Assist with stock control including receipting & labelling
• Office support - including raising purchase order numbers, updating our boards, and other adhoc admin tasks
• Assist with Health and Safety administration
• Liaising with stakeholders – with a key focus on continuous improvement  

Our ideal administrator would;
• Have proven admin experience with intermediate computer skills – particularly with Microsoft Suite
• Be reliable, punctual and enjoy working in an open plan with a diverse team
• Have immaculate communication skills, both written and oral 
• Have Warehousing or Manufacturing experience – if no experience you would have to be comfortable in this environment
• Always be willing to offer a hand whilst being approachable and friendly
