About the role:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be based in Warkworth and be responsible for the Northern region between Albany and Whangarei. We have very much a ‘family’ and ‘community’ culture up in Warkworth and you will be joining a close-knit team where Mico is very visible within the community and we all work together to support each other.

Your key areas of responsibility will be: nurturing and maintaining existing customer relationships whilst exploring possible growth opportunities; working to customers tight deadlines and managing customer expectations.  This role would suit anyone with great front-line customer service skills and a passion for building solid relationships. 

What you will bring: 

To be successful in this role you will be have a customer-focused or sales background and can demonstrate solid administrative skills. To really understand and relate to our customers, a trade background or plumbing knowledge would be advantageous however not absolutely essential.

A positive ‘can do’ attitude, aptitude and reliability are the key skills we are searching for. You will need to be out-going, able to work with a wide range of people and be able to think outside the square on occasion. Whilst we’d love you to have proven experience with working with tradies, being a team player and having great customer service/relationship skills is much more important to us.
